山地自行车之旅

生命就是一条河-Life is a river.我爷爷经常这样说-That's what granddad always used to say.开始与结束之间 有千万条路线-A beginning, an end, a million different ways in between.他用河流来形容我的一生 如何流动 如何结束-He used a metaphor of my whole life how it ended, flowed.一路向前 克服艰难险阻-Flowing the path, release the resistant. And the world changed again.我在森林中穿行 穿梭于树木之间 飞跃沟壑 冒雨飞奔-We find ourselves deep in the forest, riding over roots, dropping in the galleys, caught in the rain.车子在更新换代-New kids were shown with gears, and bigger wheels. 而我对新的装备并没什么热情-While I'm in troop of my ride, much like the crown in the pain, my affection begin to fade.父母承诺 当我再大一点 再给我买一辆BMX -My parents promised me a BMX when I got a little bigger. 但是现在 我的车仍在服役-But for now, chopper would have to do.有一天 在丛林深处 我的爱车最终报废了-One day, far gone in the woods, my perfect little banana broken, too. 没法再骑了 -The end of age. 虽然我知道很快我就会有新车的 我还是哭了很久-I cried for a long time, even know a new bike wasn't far off.他已经融入我的生命 并且永远如此-This thing had become a part of me. 《山地自行车之旅》看完这部纪录片我内心的激动亢奋达到了这几年来的一个顶峰！

在房间里来回走动，几乎想要呐喊出声，内心深处的野兽像是被唤醒了一样。

真正让我心潮澎湃的是，我在看纪录片的途中，突然明白了生命的意义。

这是一部几乎没有台词的纪录片，语言在这些流转飞逝的画面前显得很累赘。

它极其简单干净，没有情节，缓缓的讲述了自行车从出厂到报废的过程，高清的画面一直跟随着一辆自行车从山间林野飞驰而行，我都不能说是“美丽”，简直就是人间仙境。

我的眼神随着自行车的飞驰而流转，好像我就置身于那山野林道，旷渺高山。

很多不经意的镜头给我的美感是极其震撼的，不是说风景究竟有多好，而是在天地之间，因为人的梦想，而使得万物生机勃勃，充满生命力。

据说那是高速拍摄然后放慢的，自行车飞驰在林间道路上，经过弯道的时候车子倾斜擦过，车轮扬起新鲜的泥土，镜头对焦在飞溅的泥点儿上；特效中有四季的更替，你能清晰的感受到时间的流逝，景物的变换。

车轮的飞过大地，由白皑皑的冬天变成绿油油的春天，又变成金灿灿的秋天。

然而不变的是自行车一遍一遍穿过四季的山林之间。

还有那广袤的麦田，无论是收割完麦子的田茬里，还是沉甸甸饱满的麦地里，自行车永恒的在蓝天的映衬、大地的怀抱中飞舞，奔驰，跳跃，挑战各种技巧；后来森林被砍掉了，可是自行车轮却依然从小道飞奔而来，穿过田野，穿过城市，穿过金门大桥……这世间万物什么都在变，只有那份纯粹干净的热爱没有变！

这种体会足够让任何人都体会到，我们的生命啊，理应如此才真的有意义。

生命是一条河流，我们终将汇入大海，终点是一样的，可是途中却又千千万万不同的路程，我们追寻的不是一个固定的终点，而是我们该以怎样的方式走向终点。

当你看到在纪录片里，风景，地点，时间无一不在改变的时候，总有那么一辆自行车飞驰在这些不同的风景，地点，时间里，这种变化与不变之间，衍生出一种莫名的情绪，是对生命的热爱！

我也才开始意识到，我们大多数人在追求的东西根本不是自己内心的选择，所以我们会觉得人生如此局限，来来回回就在那么几个地方流转，家，学校，单位，对应着休息，学习，工作，除此之外，生活剩下的满是空虚和寂寞。

所以我们总在想，我们活着究竟是为了什么？

生命有什么意义？

自己的人生又该怎么前行才算有意思？

我想这些问题我们每个人或多或少都问过自己，有的人得到了答案，而更多的人找不到答案，便选择遗忘这些问题，否则我们只会觉得生命枯燥乏味，随时都可以结束。

我看到他在晨曦里，落日里，在山巅，在田野骑着他的自行车呼啸而过的身影，我骤然觉得生命应该如此辽阔，我们本应属于天地之间，可是不知道从什么时候起困在了钢筋水泥的丛林中，挣脱不了。

我从前时常有那种被什么东西捆绑住的感觉，我心里明白，是我自己也是环境给我画地为牢，但是我没有办法，我解决不了自己心里的问题，我也解决不了环境的束缚，所以一直很痛苦，时常崩溃大哭，我不知道该怎么办。

我能想到的唯一的办法就是逃离所在的环境，我出去旅行，去丽江，去大理，去稻城，还去了西藏，可这只解决一时的困境，并不能从根本上杜绝。

我也企图能找个人来改变平淡乏味的生活，可是把自己人生的希望寄托在别人身上，这绝对是一场荒谬的悲剧。

我也有意识，可是我卡在瓶口，上不得，也下不来，我毫无办法。

最后，一颗炸弹让我逃脱的瓶颈的束缚，可我也因此粉身碎骨。

每一段经历都说不上绝对的好，或是绝对的坏，尽管经历核爆后我变得面目全非，但是好歹我还活着。

而且越来越清醒自己的人生，不再无端恐惧，也不再自怨自艾，还不能说无所畏惧，但可以做到一往无前。

想要自己能过得通透豁达一些，那么生命的纬度应该是辽阔而深邃的。

我们可以囿于蝇营狗苟的生活，但是我更应该有跳出局限的能力，这个能力怎么来呢？

我觉得最重要的第一步应该是拓宽自己的认知面。

生活不止有学习工作，聚会旅行，还应该有自己的热爱和梦想。

也许我们不能像那些成功者般执着，也没有太大的天赋，但是给自己找到小小的兴趣或是自己乐于做什么，生命会更丰富。

我特别希望我的生命是在天地之间悦动的精灵，而不是一只找不到出路的无头苍蝇。

我还是提不起精神做太多的事，我还是会觉得一切都很无聊，没有意义，也依然对单调的生活无能为力，但是，我的认知在发生变化，我的思维有了更辽阔的疆域和纬度，也努力对各种不同的领域和事物建立兴趣，量变引起质变，我知道总有一天我会彻底改头换面，或早或迟，我都会活成自己想要的样子。

这部纪录片简单平凡，可是我从中感受到世界的美丽和生命的活力是无与伦比的感受，我还会再看这部纪录片，随着自行车在高山林野间昼夜不停的感受活着的生命力。

最近一直深深陷入生活与与生活无关的一切的纠葛之中。

每周工作4小时，番茄土豆法，work for yourself，人们苦苦探寻着生活与工作的平衡点，打鸡血并非我一个人的强迫症。

心理学家们沉迷于人类行为心理，geek们疯狂的执着于技术，无数人为追求某些虚无飘渺的东西不知疲惫的奔波着，可是我们要追求要到达的那个点到底有什么意义呢？

人们常说人生苦短，其实来日也不长，短短几十年，无非吃穿，无非长大结婚生子终老。

当你看到影片中在阳光下扬起的木屑，鲜活鲜活的泥土，不断轮回的大自然，关于生命的意义，关于生活，突然变得这么简单。

lost in one moment,all worry in a one washed away by the rush.山地车看似非常复杂，其实本质是很简单的。

just like life，no matter what the direction or how it moved.,what it looks like.,the point according to granddad was that the river always moved forward.

Tired after grocery, I am pretty sure this one will ease my nerves. The movie makes me excited as I have never thought bicycling is a limit sport. I felt a little bit strange to link the bicycle with the life of nature and species. But I did fall into deep thought about the industry innovation.It is true that human beings are only in this world for a couple thousand years, but changed the entire planet. Why and how would this be happened? Before I have no idea why people like limit sport such as bungee jumping. I thought they are just bored and want something brand new experience. I also believe that scientists are discovering the secret of biotic just for their own interest. But now, I guess that must be driven by the eagerness to know that the limit of the human beings. We are like in a big dark room with only a small candle in the middle. With a limited thing we can see, we are curiously trying to understand everything in the room. People want to know how human can endure under zero gravity. Here comes the bungee. People want to know how the molecule works. Here comes the Nobel Prize winner. Complex of design, simple of nature. We made everything complexer for the planet but simpler for us own. There is nothing wrong to explore the unknown territory, but we might want to do something before it is too late. Otherwise, our history would just be a glimpse, splendid but sad.

如果它仅仅是一部山地车+美景的纪录片，我看的时候大概就睡着了吧。

片中旁边在不断提醒，我讲的是生命循坏的故事。

潜台词是：山地车只是幌子。

一辆山地车的生命历程，就是万物成、住、坏、空的过程。

山地车在工厂车间细致打磨组装，过程神圣，感叹设计师和工厂的用心。

这过程也仿佛造物主精心设计生命，而后让生命在母亲子宫慢慢成型。

看过一些医学书籍，了解到身体结构和运行规律，我惊叹于造物主“视天地万物为刍狗”之无情，却又赋予我们一个精密又神奇的身体。

譬如廖师傅针灸基础的全息理论，表明人身体不仅靠穴位经络治病，也可以在身体某部位找到对治病痛位置的“源点”，与Allan Turing的 Y=a*+b的宇宙公式以及道德经讲“一生二，二生三，三生万物”的原理相契合。

造物主无情，却对自己的设计一点也不含糊。

车与人在森林、麦田、荒漠驰骋，便是山地车存在的意义：与人在路上驰骋，超越极限。

一直思考人在片中担任什么角色，后来想到，车与人的关系便是肉与灵的关系。

肉若无灵，如腐肉，如散沙；车若无人，也只能静静躺在角落，失去存在的意义。

整部片一直不断展示着骑行者炫目的车技，还有一个重复的场景，便是从未停歇的骑行。

正如旁白所说，生命之河，有起点，有终点，会流经不同区域，唯一不变的便是它一直在流动。

不间断的骑行，便是它想表述的，生命生生不息的流动。

片中最后，山地车在某次与主人飞向空中后坠落，即刻断裂。

经历过不同赛道，陪主人走过多少春秋，加上几次修整，它最后走向生命尽头，安静地躺在了地上，破碎一地。

而主人仍然可以借由新的山地车继续他的骑行，可见一辆山地车寿命的结束不代表骑行的结束，正如我们灵魂离开了当下这个肉身还能再找下一个肉身，生命又会在新一轮的循环里诞生。

成、住、坏、空，all about life cycle。

因为看过很多类似的短片，都是大的自行车配件厂商的或者redbull之类的运动饮料的签约车手，玩儿这么一段（有人说好像广告……人家分明开头就写的很明白了，这是scott车架和shimano传动以及网站pinkbike赞助的片子……），所以突然在豆瓣口碑榜上看到这样短片排名这么靠前，让我觉得很奇怪。

虽然说在一众户外运动电影节里斩获不小，但在我看来，除了故弄玄虚的加入了文艺青年们喜欢的概念，其实这片儿和其他的山地车电影没有太大不同。

如果说有什么特别的卖点那就是red one的4k数码高清——但接下来的问题是，有多少人是在电影院看的这部短片，而除了在电影院，哪儿能让你体会到真正的4k……因为众所周知的中国是自行车大国，但绝对不是自行车运动大国。

在豆瓣里给5星好评的人，除了感慨一下，有多少人会真正参与到这项运动中来？

当然在国内没有如惠斯勒，就是冬奥会滑雪项目的举办场地，一样的山地车圣地；而专业的玩山装备，基本上万，也不是每个人都负担的起。

国内的自行车运动，大部分也还处在自行车长途旅行的范围内。

但是如果只是想简单的体会下，玩玩入门级的XC cross-country，即使是在城市，简单的装备，稍稍留心，是能找到合适的地点的。

想起在武汉的日子，一辆简单的捷安特770，除了换了两条山胎，没有任何改进，从瑜家山（这个地方是武汉绝好的XC入门地点）开始，然后是南望山。

有的时候甚至就在建筑工地里上上下下。

然后用朋友的anthem x，上稍远的更有挑战的八分山。

是只要找，对于山地车，总能有合适的地方的（我鄙视用fox压马路的人）。

PS：这种山地车的短片里，还是red bull rampage红牛坠山赛，又名红牛自杀赛，这样的hardcore的类型比较对我的胃口

Life cycles孕育大自然孕育万物，每一棵树木，每一条溪流，每一粒尘埃，每一滴露珠……铁与火的狂欢锻造出来的是自行车——人类最完美的发明。

瞬间人类花费了太多时间去思考、去提问、去解决，其实忘掉这些只需要一瞬间，没时间去思考，就是条件反射，就是全神贯注。

那一瞬间自行车带来的快乐让你忘掉一切。

超脱自己的灵魂却能时刻感受自己躯体的感觉。

离开麦子黄了，终要离开孕育它的那片土地。

叶子也会飘落，溪流不会流连于固有的那片土地。

时间是一把刻刀，将铁与火的精华刻的体无全肤。

最终，落下一行热泪，祭奠躺在废墟中的自行车——人类最完美的发明。

消逝钢铁轧碎机毫不留情，即使变成了碎铁一块，主人永远不会忘记，他们迈过的每一寸土地会永远唱着欢快的歌。

轮回最终河流汇入海洋，它不再是一条河流。

经历的变革的滚滚车轮，它尝尽种种经历、冒险、故事，最终完美结束，这就是——骑行！
